Hello @tdarwiche, per the update in this blog, there is unfortunately
some certifications that were missed and will be in the 8B (August)
release of 2022 Datacenter Azure edition. Until then, the Windows
activation will pop up though it should not affect the functionality of
your workloads.

currently not a supported configuration. The main reason to use 22H2
over 23H2 is the Stretch Cluster and possibly hardware provider support,
though I'd consider other factors as well. Regarding the activation

@CristianSchmittNieto, I'm aware that AVD is in preview mode on 22H2,
but the activation issue appears to be separate from this. We also have
a 2022 Datacenter Azure edition VM with the same activation issue. We
were advised by Microsoft support to not move to 23H2 due to bugs.
Hi @tdarwiche, It's important to note that Azure Virtual Desktop on
Azure Stack HCI is only supported in the version 23H2. In the version
22H2, AVD never moved beyond the preview phase. For more detailed

@Kim_Lam We're running Azure Stack HCI 22H2 with Azure Virtual Desktop
and have activation issues that came up recently. Any idea if the
additional certificates mentioned above will be added sooner rather than
later? The activation issues are causing some features to be disabled
which our users rely...
