@useruk1, if that RI was bought with Capacity priority, you can try to optimize it to Instance Size Flexibility (see here how), so that you extend the reach of your RI to other VM sizes from the same family. If the RI is already with ISF, you can try to exchange it by buying a new RI for an other VM...

@hspinto thank you for the information on the Savings plans. If you don't mind, can I also ask your opinion on a 3 year Reserved Instance in UK south D4S_v3 that since January is only 66% utilized.. what are our options?

Unfortunately, the break even point for Savings Plans is much more complex to calculate due to the dynamic nature and broad resource type/SKU reach of this commitment type.
