A better way to address this is by locking down teh NameServers with EV cert. Similar to CA?Browser Forum - come up with a NameServer, Domain Registrar forum and have NS with EV certs. The Microsoft networking team might want to get up to speed with iperf 2 as well if MSFT customers care about latency and application responsiveness. Capacity measurements aren't sufficient to qualify a network.
