July will prove to be huge for WWE NXT champion, Trick Williams. He will be taking on his dear friend, Je’Von Evans, along with Shawn Spears and Ethan Page in a fatal four-way showdown for the NXT Championship belt. With the quality of this card, it is safe to say that Williams’ title is in jeopardy.
Williams might be stripped of his belt at NXT Heatwave, but the big moments he has delivered throughout the years have made him a champion in the hearts of his fans. Williams’ opponents had a terrific start to the match and piled on during the beating in the early minutes of the match.
However, it wasn’t enough to take down Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams, who quickly showed just how much better they are. The match took around 12 minutes and was full of intensity and athleticism.
