'Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle' Arc film trilogy confirmed for a theatrical release in India
On June 30th, the final episode of Demon Slayer season 4's arc, titled The Hashira Unite, was released. Alongside it, Crunchyroll also announced the confirmation of the Infinity Castle movie trilogy. The release dates of the movie trilogy have not yet been shared, but Anime News Network has received confirmation from Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment that the movies will also be released in Indian theatres.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is a shōnen anime that centers on Tanjiro Kamado, who swears to become a demon slayer after his entire family is killed by demons. The sole survivor is his younger sister, Nezuko, who has been turned into a demon. Tanjiro joins the Demon Slayer Corps with a hope of getting a cure for his sister, as well as to exact revenge on the demon king, Muzan Kibutsuji.
Season 4 of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba premiered on May 12th, 2024, with a one hour long special episode. The season adapts the Hashira Training arc from the manga written and illustrated by Koyoharu Gotouge. In the arc, we see the Hashira (the strongest members of the Demon Slayer Corps) training vigorously to defeat Muzan, who has set his eyes on Nezuko due to her ability to survive in sunlight.
The final episode of season 4, The Hashira Unite, starts with Muzan entering the family mansion of Kagaya Ubuyashiki, the leader of the Demon Slayer Corps. He wishes to challenge Kagaya, but the latter is too weak to fight, due to a family curse. In an attempt to eliminate Muzan, Kagaya blows up the house. Meanwhile, the Hashira are informed of Muzan's presence at the mansion, and rush to save Kagaya, but are unable to. Kagaya dies in the explosion, uniting the Hashira to fight Muzan together. However, before they can get any hits on him, Muzan sends the Hashira and Tanjiro to the Infinity Castle, an endless labyrinth where many of the upper demons reside.
