Sharmin Segal, who has found herself at the receiving end of trolls ever since the release of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's debut web series Heeramandi, recently shared that she now has a more compassionate and empathetic relationship with her body.
In her interview with News18, Sharmin expressed that while she loves her body, there are times when she feels dissatisfied with her appearance, especially on days when she feels bloated.
She mentioned that consuming foods like french fries for dinner often makes her feel bloated the next day. "Coming to terms with how you look is a slow process because your body keeps changing,” she added.
