Teja Sajja's latest movie 'Hanu-Man' has captivated audiences across India, securing an estimated Rs 89.8 crore within its first seven days at the box office. The Telugu original superhero movie has garnered immense praise for delivering a visually compelling cinematic experience despite working with a modest budget, earning accolades from directors nationwide.
As of January 19, 2024, sacnilk reported that 'Hanu-Man' continued to dominate the box office, raking in an additional Rs 9.00 crore in India, bringing its total collection to an impressive Rs 98.80 crore.
While the film is on track to surpass the Rs 150 crore mark globally, it fell short of the Rs 100 crore milestone within India on its eighth day.
Despite this, 'Hanu-Man' has maintained a strong presence in theaters, with an overall Telugu occupancy of 53.67% on its eighth day. Breaking down the figures, the morning shows saw a 32.73% occupancy, afternoon shows at 49.25%, evening shows at 63.33%, and night shows leading with 69.35%. In Hindi markets, the film achieved an 11.41% occupancy on the same day.
