It's fantastic to see our live community united in this cause, which has such a huge impact, especially on the well-being of freelancer techs in our industry. ⬇️🏎️ Immersive Experience with TBA PLC, Lenovo x Formula 1 → How 80six redefined efficiency with automated video playback for the Lenovo x F1 immersive activation in Covent Garden. ⬇️ 🏎️ The fan-centric event, produced by TBA PLC, marked Lenovo as Formula 1's official technology partner. Guests enjoyed VR5 motion simulators, an AI driver filter photoactivation and a live race between Paul Di Resta and gamer Aarav Amin. 80six’s seamless solution featured a fully automated setup controlled by a Disguise timeline, which managed the switching of multiple inputs in the Barco E2 video signal processor. The complex process was simplified using disguise media servers, reducing system operations from eight-button pushes every three minutes to a single start-of-day push. All setup, including building the outdoor screens & columns and programming, was completed in just 12 hours. 🌊 On The Waterfront Festival returned for another 4 days of top live entertainment, open-air comedy shows and UEFA EUROS 2024 screenings on the biggest telly in Liverpool! 🌊 For the second year, 80six provided LED solutions for the main stage & IMAGs and a camera package. Our team, led by project manager Luke Tucker, worked closely with Sam Newson at The Event Company UK to ensure the festival's visual and technical aspects were spot on, creating an exceptional experience for performers and the audience. The festival was a huge success, attracting thousands of attendees who enjoyed fantastic performances by comedian Paul Smith, indie rockers Ocean Colour Scene, DJ Ben Hemsley, Cast Band, Embrance and The View Republica. 👯 ⤵ Did you attend the festival?
