At the end of May, we opened the doors to our brand new location in London Bridge Station. We are so excited to now have a store in this premium shopping destination. As the fourth busiest UK railway station in 2023, we’ve been welcoming a wide range of customers through our doors each day. Because whether you're visiting London, undertaking the daily commute or a local resident – a little bit of retail therapy can often be just what you need to enhance your day! Our London Bridge store team lead by Matthew Barton, merchandising, IT, visual merchandising, store design and retail operations teams put in so much work to get us to opening day. We’ve loved getting to invite our customers in to explore both our full price collection and end of season sale ever since. It’s also been special to see our store team do what they do best; create memorable experiences and stunning outfits for our customers. We hope to welcome you soon. #WeAreAllSaints

Recently members of our menswear design team Stella Mosley, MARTIN TANSEY, Juan Monroy and Lizzie Sweeney went on a research and development trip to Tokyo and later, Hong Kong where they were joined by Christy Tilley. Hear why these types of trips are so important and what some of the highlights were from Stella below: Tell us about the importance of research and development trips? “It’s really important for us to reconnect with our suppliers and maintain our strong relationships. Seeing our partners face-to-face means that we can have in-depth discussions with the added nuance of it being an in-person conversation. Our suppliers have great product showrooms in Hong Kong, so it is always inspiring to see what new techniques and materials they have been working on.” What were your highlights from this visit? “It was great to go to our Tokyo stores and spend time talking to the teams there - they all brought such a great energy! The customer base is a really interesting mix of locals and tourists, so it was insightful to hear about what products were doing best in this market. We were really grateful to have our colleague Pearl Chen take the time to show us around.” Was there anything that left you particularly inspired? “The shops in Tokyo are always so inspiring! There's lots of small boutiques with really cool store designs, and some amazing vintage on offer too. We picked up a few really special vintage printed shirts which we're super excited to take inspiration from in the next collection.” #WeAreAllSaints

Last week we were delighted to welcome six inspirational girls through Oliver Bernard’s Future CodeHers to our East London Studios for a week's work experience in our technology department. FutureCodeHers partner with schools across the UK and connect girls interested in a future in technology with industry professionals who are passionate about nurturing young talent and opening up opportunities to explore the industry. Team members Cassandra Nicholson and Krystyna K. Wood coordinated an action packed week of activities for the group across the different functions in our technology department. This was all done in partnership with Oliver Bernard’s Naushine Robinson Assoc CIPD and Ewan Marshall so together we knew we had an enlightening week of activities ahead to benefit each of the attendees. The week included time with our business analyst, digital product owner, project management, IT service desk, information security and data functions. Needless to say we couldn’t have hosted it without the support of Suzi Colman, Hollie Buzer, Dara Kolajo, Jake Dormer, Hamzah Choudry, Kezia D., Spencer Scott CISSP GCIH, Sonali Patel and Alain Peroumal who introduced the students to their day to days and involved them in a variety of activities in their functions. We were all inspired by this wonderful group of future female talent. What a privilege to play a small part at the start of their career journeys! #WeAreAllSaints

There's nothing quite like the magic of Glastonbury. We were delighted to return to this year's Camp Kerala with an especially curated pop-up of AllSaints festival essentials. We made sure to bring our favourite tassels, embellishment, leathers and prints so our Camp Kerala visitors could feel their most festival-ready right across the long weekend. Team members, Kornelija Benesiunaite and Grace Wittey were on hand for bringing the vibes to our pop-up and for giving expert styling advice to festival goers. We also took along our leather customisation station so we could individualise purchases, helping to timestamp lasting memories on the pieces that were a part of the party! It was a lot of fun getting to catch up with friends of the brand throughout the festival and always special to make some new ones. We can't wait to continue the party this year as we edge closer to 30! #WeAreAllSaints

The combined efforts of so many contribute to our brand’s success. Our suppliers play a huge part in this so it was a privilege to welcome them to our annual supplier conference last week. On Wednesday, we gathered at the Wasing Estate in Berkshire to update on the brands past 12 months and to give further insight into our upcoming year. COO, Catherine Scorey Jobling, started off the day by sharing some of our exciting 30th anniversary plans. With different suppliers working on different categories, she was also delighted to present a catwalk of our Spring 25 Metamorphosis collection so they could see the items that they worked on as a part of our wider collection. Across the day they heard more about our sustainability, growth and financial plans and were able to contribute to discussions surrounding how we can continue to evolve our brand and product offering. The day rounded off with a session from CEO, Peter Wood who gave insight into his vision for the future of our brand and what we can all achieve together as partners. Our suppliers are instrumental towards our future success, and we value and appreciate the importance of each of them on the journey ahead. We left feeling inspired about the things we can achieve when we work on them together and are grateful to all of our teams who contributed to the success of the event. #WeAreAllSaints

Earlier this month, talent team members Nikita Bains and Iffat Uddin attended a showcase event hosted by Ravensbourne University London. The breakfast meeting gave students the opportunity to showcase their work to industry insiders and through this, start to build their professional networks. We caught up with Nikita and Iffat to hear a bit more about the event and the types of discussions they were having with the students. Nikita: “The Ravensbourne breakfast event was really inspiring. It was lovely to meet so many talented students who are so passionate about what they have learnt and achieved through their studies. It was a chance to get to know the students and answer some of the questions they had in advance of making the move into industry. We met students from buying, merchandising and design and covered some of the benefits of joining a brand such as AllSaints that puts a big focus on your continued professional development. It was also interesting to see what students were expecting from brands in terms of benefits and company culture. We found that most students were looking for a happy environment to thrive in, that also champions mental health and wellness.” Iffat: “I really enjoyed my time at the Ravensbourne careers breakfast. It was amazing getting the opportunity to talk to students who are graduating or have recently graduated to understand the direction they would like their professional careers to go in. I valued being able to offer advice on entry-level roles and how to get the most from the application process.. It was also nice to advise on the types of things to expect in the office environment. The students' engagement and desire to find out more by asking questions was really encouraging. I was in awe of the students' creativity with their final pieces and portfolio. Overall I loved being able to network and provide support with the different queries that they had.” #WeAreAllSaints

Over the past two weeks we’ve been delighted to have two inspirational students join us from De Montfort University on a two-week internship. The opportunity came about from our partnership with De Montfort on a student project. Students were given the brief to create a mock campaign exploring 30 years of icons for our 30th anniversary. After presenting their work, we were delighted to invite Holly Matthews-Eve and Isabel Allen to join our photo studio team for a two-week internship organised by Krystyna K. Wood, Victoria Allister and Millie Melvin. Hear from Holly and Isabel below. Tell us a little bit about the first week of your internship? Holly: “On our first day we were greeted by a welcoming and friendly team in the photo studio and introduced to everyone's roles and responsibilities. It was so cool to be shown all of the elements that go into shooting each season. We were put on a two-week rotation of production and styling. For the first week I was based with the production team, going through the pre and post shoot tracking and organising and pulling garments for the styling team. It's been so great to be surrounded by people in the industry and given the chance to learn so many new skills; working collaboratively with not only the studio team, but other departments as well.” What has been your favourite part of the opportunity so far? Isabel: “My favourite part has been the hands-on approach to learning, where we have been trusted to create styling looks, shoot mannequins, and help on set all with the support of the super friendly photo studio team to guide us along. It's been so informative for how the brand works as a whole. We've really learnt the importance of everyone’s individual role in creating a successful final image.” How will this internship support your future career goals? Holly: “Looking forward to my future goals I'm sure that I have developed current and new skills that will enhance my career prospects. I feel a lot more certain about which area of the industry I would like to work in. Before university I was only really aware of design and textile jobs. After working within the AllSaints team I’ve been introduced to so many different roles within a brand. This has shown me how many options there are to be involved in the fashion industry.” Isabel: “This internship will support my future career goals as I gained industry knowledge and experience that will be vital when looking for future employment, post-graduation. Being able to explore different roles first hand within the fashion and communications world has allowed me to determine what my skills are most suited to, and that there are so many opportunities to showcase my creativity here at AllSaints.” We were so impressed with how Isabel and Holly applied themselves to all aspects of their internship. We’re certain they have very bright futures ahead and grateful to De Montfort for such a great partnership on supporting future talent. #WeAreAllSaints
