We are delighted to announce the first acquisition of a new £50m light-industrial aggregation joint venture between Beaufort Capital and Marchdown Holdings. As reported in Property Week, Beaufort and Marchdown have acquired a 60,000sq ft industrial and warehouse complex in Grantham, Lincolnshire. The project will involve the comprehensive refurbishment of the property, and substantial ESG enhancements, such as improving the building’s envelope, installing PV panels and EV charging facilities, as well as enhancing the landscape of the site.
