We’re delighted to support the communities in which we build through our Community Pledge, and recently had the opportunity to donate to Strathendrick Rugby Club, local to our upcoming Ballagan Woods development in Killearn. Through our donation, the club has been able to design and purchase new kits for their women’s senior team and girls under 12s teams. Previously these teams were wearing old kits that had been well worn by male teams and didn’t fully suit their needs. However, working in partnership with Macron, the club has now been able to create designs to suit the female players, setting them up for a great season. Constructing Healthy Minds 👷♂️ 🧠 We’ve teamed up with Samaritans’ Aberdeen branch to create a short film around mental health issues in the construction industry. Our colleagues bravely share their experiences of seeking mental health support and how this can make a big difference. Our charity partnership with Samaritans began in 2020 following the charity’s call for better mental and emotional health support for middle aged men, who are three times more likely to take their own lives than women.
