What do you do when your client gives you 20 minutes to source 50 brand-coloured pillows? 🕵♀️ There are many things that go into delivering an event that clients and attendees don't get to see. So, we thought we would show you! Welcome to our new Behind the Event series, where we share some of the more unusual tasks we’ve done for our clients and link them back to the foundations of what we do. Let’s start with some basics: First and foremost, organising any event is a team effort. 🤝 No matter if you are an event director or assistant, when it comes to ensuring flawless delivery, it's all hands on deck. Whatever the task. Kind of like when our Senior Event Manager Ellie personally wiped down 300 chairs for our client’s conference! Second of all, attitude is everything. 😊 Nothing is impossible and everything can be done with a smile. We apply this to our interactions with clients, attendees, suppliers but also each other. So, if our Client Services Director Zoe and Marketing Coordinator Debora need to carry some flight cases, they will do it smiling – the proof is in the photos. Finally, it is our job as an event agency to support our clients in creating unforgettable experiences. 👩 However, at Pure, we go the extra mile, ensuring our clients get the full guest experience. Hence, if they expect 20 disco ball balloons or 50 fluffy pillows, they will be there! Watch this space for more behind the scenes takes. 💓
