Some feedback given by colleagues to nominate Tania as a winner of this award:
"Since she joined, we've had incredible engagement with our social media posts. She's been so good at championing what each of us are doing and making sure as many people as possible hear about our work."
"As a new employee, she has taken social media by the horns. She has quickly worked with teams to identify challenges and opportunities and rapidly implemented new processes to support programmes and drive engagement with their work. She has guided colleagues through new processes, challenging them to change how they use social media to wring more value from their activities. Some of her changes have meant teams have had to learn new ways of working, but she has helped colleagues at every step - providing written guidance, answered queries, and setting up Q & A meetings. Her new processes have driven an amazing uptick in engagement with our events and campaign weeks, and since she joined, almost 2000 new people have followed us on LinkedIn."
"Hugely positive effort to engage with programme teams and champion their work and the work of our members, both through training/new best practice and hands-on practical help with campaign weeks and other social media engagement."
