TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. These terms and conditions apply for an account registered after 12:30pm 09/02/2024. 
  2. This offer is available to new Wealthify customers only who are tax residents of the UK or the Channel Islands and who are 18 years or older. The fee free management period will not be applied if you are a current Wealthify customer or if you have previously held a Wealthify Account.
  3. The offer is for 12-months free Wealthify management fees for new ISA, Junior ISA, GIA or SIPP (Pension) Plans created within your Wealthify Account, valid from the date the Account is opened. ‘Account’ means your Wealthify account made up of your personal data, your Plans (including Junior ISA Plans for which you are the registered contact) and Wealthify Messages.
  4. To qualify for this offer you must open a Wealthify Account by visiting one of the management fee free promotional landing pages available via the Times Money Mentor
  5. Only one Wealthify Account is permitted per customer and this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discounted fee rate.
  6. The fee-free period is for Wealthify management fees only and is for one year, effective from the date you are accepted for an Account. After one year, your Account will be subject to our management fees at our standard rates, which currently are no more than 0.6% per year.
  7. Investment costs are not covered as part of the offer, these include fund charges, taken directly by the fund provider, and market spread (the difference between the price we buy and sell investments). For details of our latest investment costs, see our fees page.
  8. You should understand the different fees and charges before making any transfers, checking that everything makes financial sense for you.
  9. If you transfer an existing investment to Wealthify, we will not be responsible for paying any exit fees that may be charged by your current provider. It’s worth finding out if your existing provider charges exit fees, as these could limit the financial benefit of changing provider.
  10. We are unable to accept any pensions that you’re taking an income from or any pensions with defined benefits or guarantees. For other pensions, you should also consider whether you may lose any other valuable features if you transfer, such as loyalty bonuses.
  11. Wealthify reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict this promotion at any time without notice.
  12. Investing with Wealthify is subject to a suitability assessment and no guarantee is made towards accepting you as a customer.
  13. The Wealthify standard terms and conditions also apply and are not affected in any way by this offer.
  14. Wealthify accepts no liability or responsibility for claims under this promotion which are lost, delayed or undelivered, nor any liability for technical errors or communication failures in networks and/or internet access.

  16. This promotion shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
