Deposit Transaction Details in Bulk

Hey guys.. shocked this isn’t built in but really need a way to do this.
When in deposits, you can download the summany of deposits by day with the deposit button in the upper right, or you click into each day and download the transaction detail for each individual day.
I need to be able to download the transactional detail with the deposit day in bulk across multiple days. Right now, we reconcile at the end of the month and have to go day by day clicking and downloading each file.
Anyone know of a way to accomplish this?

Dear @sameagle99
You should be able to set a custom filter to display deposits for a given month. Then use the Download button.

Thanks for the reply Con, but this only gives me a download of the daily deposit summaries for that time period, not the actual transactions that make up those deposits. That’s what I’m trying to get it to do. Any ideas? Thanks again!
I think your best bet for this would be to download the transaction report under Payments > Transactions. Here’s what the resulting CSV looks like on my test site for Jan and Feb transactions:

Hmm, that sounds odd. Can you link us to screenshot of what the CSV looks like for you? To my knowledge, I don’t have any special settings or anything on my test site. (Feel free to redact private info from the screenshot as well of course.)
Also, could you please send me a copy of your site’s system status report? You can find it under WooCommerce > Status in the dashboard. Click “Get system report” and then the “Copy for support” button. Once you’ve done that, paste it into your reply.

Hi @sameagle99,
Thanks for sending over the screenshot. Try adding a date filter and then download a copy of the transactions. When I do that, the report gives me different columns than when I just download the default transaction report.
That’s the only way I’m able to get the columns that Adam’s screenshot shows.
Let us know if that doesn’t work for you too.
