I am having multiple problems with Jetpack and Boost.

Update: In the meantime, I did a fresh new install of Jetpack. It looks much better now but there are still multiple issues.
- Stats are still loading and loading and loading (since about more than a week!) while I can see them properly on WordPress.com.
- When I go to “Manage your Jetpack products” this error occurs: There was an error fetching your purchases information. Check your site connectivity and try again.
- When I try to add Boost, I get the message that I don’t have permission to access the page.

I’m sorry for the big delayed reaction here.
It looks like you have some issues with the Jetpack core plugin and the Jetpack Boost standalone plugin, so let’s take them one by one.
Stats are still loading and loading and loading (since about more than a week!) while I can see them properly on WordPress.com.
It seems like there may be a conflict with either your theme or another plugin on your website. Have you had a chance to check whether the issue persists when only Jetpack is active? One way to test this is by using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, which allows you to disable other plugins and switch to a default theme without affecting your live website:

Please consider giving this method a try and let us know if the issue persists or if you can identify a potential plugin culprit.

Could you please try reconnecting Jetpack and let us know if the issue persists after doing so?
When I try to add Boost, I get the message that I don’t have permission to access the page.
This error message is typically indicative of a user permissions or capabilities issue, which could be related to the user’s role on the site. Have you experienced this issue only when trying to install the Jetpack Boost plugin, or have you encountered it when attempting to install any other plugin as well? Additionally, does it happen when tried installing the plugin via the WP-admin or your WordPress.com dashboard? However, from what I can see now, looking at your site, looks like the Jetpack Boost plugin was installed and active, am I right? Can you please let us know if you have any issues with it now?

I installed, activated and ran Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin by deactivating my original theme and all plugins except Jetpack and Boost. But still no stats and no Boost, and I could not discover any other errors.
Both my WP-admin and my WordPress.com dashboards say that both plugins are active. But I am still not able to configure them.
PS: No problems while installing other themes or plugins, and my site is still connected to WordPress.com.
