Obbligo di pagamento delle statistiche

    Dopo anni di utilizzo di jetpack gratuitamente ti obbligano a pagare per visualizzare semplicemente le statistiche. purtroppo se non si paga si perdono tutti i dati degli anni precedenti. Una cosa vergognosa che merita una stella. Non offre nessun servizio diverso dagli altri e spesso le statistiche non erano neanche precise ma erano utili per monitorare il traffico. Rendendolo a pagamento senza neanche un avviso è sinonimo di poca serietà.

    I understand where your feedback and feelings are coming from, and we appreciate you sharing your opinion about the timing and the communication around the paid feature launched. We have got it and will pass it to our marketing team to improve this for the next time.

    That said, our free Stats plans are a perfect fit for personal, just-for-fun blogs. But as we grow, we’ve got to make sure those who are using Jetpack for business chip in their fair share.

    For that reason, we are asking commercial sites to pick a plan that matches their needs.

    By asking the business blogs to contribute, we make sure our service is maintained, constantly improved, and that our support team is there to help.

    Hope that helps find a closure! While we wish you could see our point of view, we obviously respect yours 🙂
