What happened here? Did the seller put miscellaneous pole parts in here? I tried assembling it many different ways and it is either missing a part or someone put the wrong pole connections in the package. Other reviews were positive so I don't understand why this is so complicated?! I'm going to have to Jerry rig it to use it. Not worth the trouble to return for the price.

This mop is entirely to moppy .. if this doesn't make any sense to you then you probably arent a SAHM like me that can tell immediately upon dropping a new mop into water! Its to thick, it holds the cleaning solution. And isn't easy to rinse , not to mention that everything sticks to it . As small as pubic hair and aint nobody got time for that! I dont wanna be mopping my kitchen with a mop head with everything from pubes to grass on it . Its a No for me .
