These skewers are nice because they’re dishwasher safe. That makes them really easy to clean. Are used them in the oven for kebabs, and they work well for that. It’s easy to put meat on because they’re very sharp, but be careful because they’re very sharp! They do bend a little, but I put chicken cubes in the entire skewer, and you could still pick them up without the chicken falling off.

I got these because I was tired of soaking bamboo skewers and getting wood splinters in my food. I love that these sharp so they were easy to fill. They were very bendy when putting them on the grill but the flat shape keeps the food from twisting on the skewer when you flip them. I also had trouble grabbing the curved ends with a potholder to flip because they did get hot. They were easy to hand wash but I did poke myself a few time. I’d recommend them.

As others have mentioned, the sizes provided are wildly misleading and the product feels a bit cheap overall. But, given the low price, it seems reasonable and is fully usable. I purchased the "16-inch" skewer set. As seen in the picture, the actual total length of the product is about 15 inches. It's 14 inches from the point to where the eye starts to curve, and 11 inches of total usable space from point to the twisted section. The skewer is quite thin; about half as thick as other steel skewers I own. It's sturdy enough to use, but it bends a bit when fully loaded. It doesn't seem to be much of a problem, though, especially if you pull them off the grill with tongs. And watch out for the pointy end - It's sharper than it looks.

Overall, it's worth it for the price and I would buy again.

These skewers are made of quality stainless steel. The only issue is that, when placing heavy food items (ex. Chicken), the skewers bend. If you place vegetables in between the meat, it's better.
