I am completely shocked at how well this mini device works!! I was definitely skeptical when I purchased it, but willing to give it a shot. I am very prone to mosquitoes bites, and I have never found anything that helps stops the itch and heal the bite. When using this device on my skin, 3 or 6 seconds are definitely intense, but knowing that it is short lived and that the results are worth it, helps you push through any temporary pain/sensation. There is no lasting pain once the device turns off and no marks or burns left on the skin. Some areas of the body are more sensitive than others...but again, the results are worth it. I wish I would have found this years ago!! Life changing!!

Shockingly, this thing actually works. That’s not to say you should totally abandon having some hydrocortisone around, but if you quickly get to a bite this does kill the itch. It does heat up and sting for the duration of use but I found it to be minor with no lingering pain. The device feels well made and slips into a pocket or bag easily.

I used to use the suction bug bite thing but it never worked well for me. I saw this on social media and figured it was just another gimmick. It's not! Putting this on a fresh mosquito bite gets rid of the itch immediately and the bite disappears completely in about 24 hours. It does get hot but only for a few seconds, and honestly the heat feels good compared to the itch. I bought a second one to keep at work. Bonus: it's covered by FSA/HSA, so if you have one of those accounts through work, you can use those funds to purchase it.

I don’t understand exactly HOW or WHY it works, but it does. Yes, it is a teensy bit painful (I wouldn’t use it on a child), but if you can get over the very brief discomfort, it’s surprisingly effective. Time matters — if you use “the bite cooker” (my husband’s nickname for this device) soon after you’re bitten, the bite just *stops* itching and fades quickly. Wait longer after you’re bitten and it’s not as effective, but it still works better than anti-itch creams.

I have to admit, I'm super impressed with this gadget. Had a bit of a snafu to begin with since the batteries sent with it were dead. There isn't any info in the instruction booklet on how long you have to wait for the blue LED light to come on when you push the switch to the ON position. (The answer is ... it comes on immediately.)

My reaction to a mosquito bite is pretty intense with insane itching. The first time I needed to use the bite healer, I took it out of the box and inserted the batteries and turned it on. Then I waited and waited and waited for the blue light to come on. Meanwhile, the bite was itching and swelling. I searched through the instruction manual to see how long it took to "heat up". No info. My first thought was ... Great! It's broken! Second thought ... Go get fresh batteries. Upon inserting fresh batteries, the blue light came on immediately!

Because of the battery delay, the bite was already swollen to the size of a quarter. I zapped it twice at 3 seconds and once at 6 seconds. You press the button 1 time for 3 seconds and 2 times for 6 seconds. The itching went away almost immediately and never returned! YAY!!! About an hour later, I checked the bite spot, and the swelling was completely gone, and there was only a small red spot where the bite had been. Wow! Amazing!!!

I 100% recommend this product for those who have extreme reactions to mosquito bites!!! I love it!!!

I am very prone to mosquitoes bites, and I have never found anything that helps stops the itch and heal the bite. When using this device on my skin, 3 or 6 seconds are definitely intense, but knowing that it is short lived and that the results are worth it, helps you push through any temporary pain/sensation. There is no lasting pain once the device turns off and no marks or burns left on the skin. Some areas of the body are more sensitive than others...but again, the results are worth it. I wish I would have found this years ago!! Life changing!!

This thing works perfectly against Mosquito bites even when they are a day old. I have tried probably everything under the sun against New York pests, but it is the first device for very little money that provides lasting relief for me. Whole family tried it - worked for everyone.
Yes, it gets warm, but if you can survive pinching your own arm, then you can suffer through the sensation.
Do not expect this to work on a wound with the stinger still stuck in your skin - how could it?
It activates your body's enzymes, not beaming objects out of your body to Mars.
It also does not work on Snake bites.

I am literally allergic to mosquito bites, while also being loved by the cretins - While most people will get a few pencil-tip eraser-sized bites all over them that go away in a few days, I will end up with 10 on one leg, that end up swelling anywhere from between paintball to golfball sized welts, and lasting for 2 weeks at minimum. This thing helps a LOT with minimizing the itching and subsequent swelling and reducing the recovery time. As soon as I realize I am scratching a bug bite, I will use this device. The 3-second, 1-button-press 'sensitive skin' setting has been working just fine for me. The heating action can be a bit uncomfortable - not like you're getting burned, even though it is a steady increase in heat, but more like you've been zapped by static electricity; It kind of 'tickles'. Which, in retrospect, I suppose helps with minimizing the urge to scratch, as that little bit of discomfort, is 'satisfying' enough to figuratively 'scratch the itch', without literally doing so. It uses 2 AAA-batteries and it's pocket-sized - while highly portable, it would be quite easy to lose track of it, so I wish it had a way to attach a strap to it, but that's a convenience wish and not a utility wish. I would HIGHLY recommend this thing no matter if you are allergic to mosquito bites or not - being able to literally burn-zap the itchiness away is awesome.

El aparato increiblemente funciona para aliviar los sintomas de las picaduras de mosco. Solo que si hay varias cosas que deben considerar antes. 1) Duele! Como utiliza una placa ceramica que se calienta muy rapido, se percibe como si doliera el punto de aplicacion. Literalmente como si te quemara, pero en realidad no lo hace. Solo hay que cuidar aplicarlo en la piel sana. Si ya te rascaste y dañaste la piel, es posible que si te lastime. 2)El alivio de los sintomas dura unas 24h. Si tu piquete dura mas de 24h, tendras que usarlo un par de veces mas en el area, una vez cada dia. 3) Entre mas rapido te lo apliques, mas rapido sana. Pero si ya esta inflamada el area, tardará mas en curar. Consideren estos puntos y en verdad es un alivio para esos molestos piquetes.

Ich hatte schon länger mit dem Gedanken gespielt, so ein Gerät zu holen. Jetzt wo der Sommer so richtig anfängt und man gerne die späten Sommerabende draußen verbringt, dachte ich, sowas kann man ja mal ausprobieren. Ich war mir echt nicht sicher ob er das tut was er verspricht aber dieses Gerät hat mich wirklich überzeugt. Ein Knopfdruck und der Juckreiz ist so gut wie weg. Bei fiesen Mückenstichen musste ich am zweiten Tag noch einmal nachhelfen aber danach waren immer alle beruhigt und schon fast verschwunden.
