This is the closest to my Dyson V8 I can get. In fact, it’s better. As long as there is this vacuum and they haven’t changed anything on it. I won’t be buying a Dyson again. It’s lightweight and powerful and it doesn’t run out of juice I ordered three altogether. Unfortunately, the third one I received seems to have a weaker suction so I hope they are not shrinking the horsepower. Other than that I highly recommend. If you notice it doesn’t suck very well, then it’s not the vacuum I got six months ago. I kept the third weaker one for my craft room because I don’t need strong suction but if I order another one and it happens again, I will edit my review to let you all know. If the suction is quite strong (you will feel it gripping your floor and I have vinyl flooring) and they haven’t changed anything, do not hesitate to buy this! It’s made vacuuming almost fun! Stairs are a breeze! 3221

So first I would like to say the good. For the price you really can't go wrong and if you extra careful it is great for hardwood floors and LOW pile rugs. (Like theater style). It has an array of attachments and it has good suction. It doesn't have a better bar and can function as an upright. Great for smaller spaces. If you use it as a primary upright then you will be left wishing you just went with a standard upright and had spent the extra 60. If you were to OCCASIONALLY use it as an upright and primarily used it as hand vac I can't say why you wouldn't be more pleased.

The really REALLY bad thing about this unit and noticed when using as a primary upright and why 3 stars is this.

They put the notch to the canister up to high for a unit made with such a flimsy grade of plastic. A few slide down the arm of the couch and hitting the floors and it breaks. I have crazy glued mine a hand full of times and will be ordering a full upright soon enough. This really is simply a design flaw because if the put the notch further down where the plastic is thicker and not so close to the edge this wouldn't happen. With the design of the unit in upright mode it will slide down when your changing out let's or something and a couple times of doing that and that's it.

So it's definitely decent for the coin if you don't primarily use it as an upright. If you are looking for something in the upright spend the extra 60 bucks. SERIOUSLY

I read the reviews on this saying how great it is. Trust me it’s NOT that great! The suction was not strong at all. I had go behind it to pick up the hair….tiny balls of hair! The tiny balls of hair was already on the ground and the vacuum wouldn’t suck them up…….UGH! Seriously it can’t pick them up! The I went into my order to return it and who ever sent it to me is now having me go to the library and print off a label to send it back! It’s hard for me to get to the library because I work full time taking care of my sick husband. I looked thru all the info on this vacuum and no where does it say you will have to print a label up in order to return it. Amazon should start letting people know if they are going to have to print a label and forcing 3rd parties to do the same. We the people have a right to know!! I will definitely keep pushing this service. If Amazon really cares they will push this service too!! Honestly I’m getting tired of the service from Amazon I’m getting. I have had a few decent people but for the most part for the years with Amazon it has SUCKED! I guess it’s time to get rid of the membership….seriously thinking about doing it!!

The modern clean look of this fan made me buy it. It is lightweight and a bit flimsy, but it is quiet and works well. I do not know if it will be a fan that lasts, but so far so good. It doesn't irritate me. Most other fans of this style are very unattractive.

I love that it's got more than 4x the suction power of my other little vacuum (137w vs. 600w) and I like the idea of the attachments, but it is quirky. The attachments can be difficult to remove, and the most annoying thing is that they rotate around while it is in use, which is a real pain.

Also, once I stuck the handle in, that was it......the button to release it doesn't work so there's no removing the handle to make it a handheld.
