I don't go on any camping trip with out it .easy packing up, easy clean up I suggest you use non stick cooking spray as with all your campfire cooking equipment, this is lite weight and a good addition not only for camping but grilling at home . Price is also pretty good.

I researched a good amount of products before purchasing this one. Many others are either far too thin (meaning they can only hold thin fish filets while fully closing) or they have a cheap mechanism to lock in both sides from opening and spilling when you flip them on the grill.

I'm satisfied with this product on all fronts. The metal grates are high quality and easy to clean with a metal scrubber (by far the easiest method with cooked on fish). If you make sure to get the grates hot before adding the fish, and oil the grates, usually your fish will not stick and will fully detach.

I do sometimes cook full fish and this wouldn't close all the way with that much bulk (branzino shown in video) but I easily made it work by just adjusting the clamp on the handle depending on which side I needed.

Great addition to my grilling arsenal.

The basket does what it is designed for, we usually grill branzino in it. However I hate that the handle can't be easily removed and reattached while grilling. Because of it the lid of the grill can't be fully closed waisting the heat.
