I was honestly surprised cause I saw other reviews about the size of the hat. It's definitely true when customers say that this hat runs small. I basically only have half inch of velcro holding the hat to my head. Overall I like the material, and the speed at which it dries. I use it for my workout and it's held out so far. Because I haven't seen any other people mention their hat size I am 5 6/8. If you know your hat size is beyond that, do not get this hat. I basically max it out.

I do pest control, so I'm out in the sun spraying houses all day long. This hat does not have any kind of cooling to it. It's cool on my head for the first 10 seconds after wetting it and putting it on, after that it's just a wet hat that doesn't breath. My regular mesh ball cap is actually cooler to wear. Save your money and don't waste $25 like I did.
