It is doing perfectly well for me, however I must add that I was already VERY experienced with Acronis True Image 11 Home which was transcendentally User Friendly by comparison. However ALL softwares, not just Acronis lack a lucid, concise and forthright User Manual written by someone well versed in precise and brief English, like the bear here. The BASIC functions should be covered first, with the next most valuable techniques in the middle and the more abstruse technical detail for Geeks in the last third. Even my original Acronis had to be mostly learned by using owing to the rather opaque style of the documentation, though I'd estimate it would be much less opaque to those who are trained Geeks or have a computer science degree.
Notwithstanding my critique above, I must still award all Five Stars to this Extremely Useful Acronis 2014 software and PRAISE it's flawless quality, the same for the previous version mentioned which I still have on an older computer.
If you are stumped, just get assistance from the brainier and more experienced, albeit any science background should afford an upper hand by virtue of being able to think and to analyze your experience of using Acronis, a trait that is weak in those who majored in the liberal arts.
So, do try asking the more Geeky for help, if needed, and do click on the Gear Symbol to the right of a backup profile to discover hidden features that will ease your frustrations.
Acronis is one of THE FINEST and MOST RELIABLE to say nothing about Bug Free softwares I have ever used. I suggest doing your back ups only when all on your computer is working perfectly -- a full image and the increments, so that you will NEVER LOSE anything and can EASILY recover corrupted system, ALL your installed applications, as well as all personal videos, documents, shortcuts, data, pictures, music (the "FULL HDD IMAGE" in less than 10 minutes for most, under 30 for R&D scientist. Just overwrites the worst worm, cryptolocker, malware, viruses, corrupt system files or whatever.
Saves your bacon every time! ! ! Replaces 2--6 months labor restoring all from scratch in under 30 minutes for virtually everyone.

Just received my sign, made a few simple changes
YGDZ UBER 1PC Illuminated Glowing Blue Decal for Rideshare Drivers - Blue UBER Electroluminescent Sign, Better than LEDI just received my sign today, I have not put it to work yet. I did plug it in and it worked fine and it looks well made. The wire harness is a little long but I would rather have too much wire rather than not enough. I did not want to install the sign permanently with the supplied tape so I made a small modification. I purchased some very small rare earth magnets (Harbor Freight) and some 1"suction cups (Walmart). I super glued two magnets to the backside of the Uber sign and after removing the hooks from two of the suction cups, I trimmed the nibs off the suction cups with a razor blade and super glued a magnet to each of the suction cups.The sign is hanging on my patio door right now and it works great as far as taking it down and putting it back up, even in the dark, Pulls right off and "snaps" right back on as soon as the magnets get near each other. Since I am already using my car cigarette lighter ( my phone sits on a gooseneck/ usb plug in) I purchased a Dual 12V & USB Charger so now I have two 12V & 2 USB ports. Instead of using suction cups you could just bond two small strips of magnetic tape to the windshield, two 1/2 " X 1/2" pieces would work.
