Disappointing and uncomfortable arches for Cross Training
This is probably my fourth pair of nanos. I get them every two years and only use them for weightlifting four days a week. My trainer wants me to have a flat insole, no arch support. I bought these and for a month tried to widen the part where the arch was, change out insoles, etc. The shoe was just digging into my arch and uncomfortable. I had to bring them to a cobbler and pay $40 to have that rubber part on the outside cut off! Now they’re good. You can see in the photo the comparison of the original Nano with and without that rubber part cut off in case somebody else needs to cut that off, you can see what The cobbler did (See red arrow in second photo). Don’t understand why they’re not as wide as they used to be and I also had to buy half a size bigger than usual, as recommended. Not buying nanos next time.

I absolutely love these sneakers! I was initially reluctant to spend the money but I’m so happy that I did. These sneakers are very comfortable and provide excellent ankle support for me. When I workout one of my big issues was not trusting my ankles and that is no longer the case. My personal trainer recommended these sneakers and I’m thrilled that I listened to him. I receive a lot of compliments on them too! People think they’re cute!

I saw one of my favorite fitness influencers wearing these and wanted to give them a try for my lower body days. I was looking for a nice flat shoe that would allow me to have good ankle mobility. These shoes are perfect for that. I range from a kids 3.5-5 and these fit fine for me. I’d highly recommend them for the gym but prob not for running

I got the white with gum sole and I LOVE them!! Cute and functional, they were comfy from day one. It took a couple wears to wear them in but by no means were they uncomfortable. I never got any blisters and they fit true to size for me. I use them for lifting and HIIT and they work for both, however I do put in different insoles for anything cardio based to give myself more arch support. Overall, Im stoked to have these and am glad I took my friends recommendation!
