They are not as thick ( thinking water flow may be slightly less because it is a slightly smaller diameter) as some of the rubber hoses we have used but for watering all my garden vegetables and fruits and filling kiddie pools and spraying off stuff taking the hose this way and that.... it is perfect and did I say it doesn't kink?
