What is the principle

It says what it does keeps you cool
I worked outside this summer and I needed something to keep the sweat out of my eyes. It does what it says it does..keep you cool. I had to rewet it after an hour because it dried up in the 100 degree heat. For the price it was a life saver and you get two of them. I even put it in my cooler for a couple of minutes then rung it out. The bottom of the towel is made of polyester almost scratchy feeling. Would keep it because in the heat this is last resort anything that helps. Oh and it's light weight almost to light weight because in a slight breeze I almost lost it lol when it was dry of course. I tried to wrap it around like a scarf. Let's make summer scarfs a thing!!
