Purchased this insurance for a water cooler that we were afraid wouldn’t last long enough to get our money out of and we were right. Having purchased and used Asurion insurance in the past, I was not expecting the amazing service we received this time for the broken water cooler. No hoops had to be jumped through - I just went online and put in our original order number for the water cooler and voila! An instant refund back to my Amazon account. The entire process couldn’t have gone any better! I was able to purchase a replacement water cooler the same day….of course with insured again.

Absolutely incredible. I was bummed when my product failed and I almost didn’t even look into the warranty service because it seemed like it had to be up by now. When I saw it was still covered I dreaded the hoops I inevitably would have to run through…. Nope . 5 minutes later I had full purchase price refunded to my Amazon account!! I’m admittedly a pretty good amazon customer but I’ll definitely not hesitate to spend the extra money upfront on a protection plan for the piece of mind it provides!
