apparently when you buy something and they offer insurance you have to pay attention to the value, i bought a vacuum cleaner for $ 99 but when i went make a claim assurance said the policy is only worth up to 59.99! now why would amazon offer a policy for a lower amount value than the item?? And of course every amazon customer service rep is from india! you cant ever have a conversation without asking them a 100 times what they said! I just hung up the pnone!

I purchased a new Bissell Pet Hair Eraser on Amazon, February 2022. I had read some reviews about the little hand vacuum that “one day it just stopped running right”. Someone suggested buying the Asurion policy with it for just a few bucks more. I got the two year policy. About a month ago the same issue I had read about happened to my vacuum. I contacted Asurion and they resolved it as soon as I shipped the vacuum to the address they provided. I still had the original box and all the attachments so off they went. I liked the little vacuum so much, I bought another one, same price as the first one. I returned the old one, got every penny back. And yes, I purchased the same Asurion policy for the new one. I highly recommend it.

Protection coverage works great. The problem is when you have bought a lot of them for different items.
The protection email should be more informative about the protection is covering, that way you don’t have to open them all trying to find the one you need using the order number. Just a suggestion to make costumers experience easier.
