My family LOVED this float for our beach reunion. We couldn’t keep it out of the water, we got so much use out of it. The mesh bottom is actually pretty durable on the occasion a child attempts to jump on it full force before getting talked to. This float could easily fit 8+ people. The cooler was a great addition too to keep drinks from falling into the water when people hopped on and off. This product is very well made and I’m surprised it made it through the entire 4 day weekend without any issues considering it had to battle kids, waves, tipsy adults, sun, and sand. Side note: this item is a great lounger for laying on the beach too if you don’t want to go in the water. It’s like a blow up living room!

This is my second time purchasing this Float. We live on a smaller lake (less than 500 acres) and leave it out for the entire summer (June through August) and just tie it to the dock when we are gone. It was one of the most durable Lake couch we have had and lasted two seasons. The comfort is nice and can fit many people. The only think I do not like, but it is small, is the cooler spot is not very useful. We never use it and it just fills with water and we need to dump it. I would prefer more seating vs. having the cooler in my opinion.
Overall, it has been a really fun addition to our Lake Cabin.

This was probably the most enjoyable thing I’ve bought all summer. Blew up fairly quickly with an airhead 120V pump. Blew it up right on the beach and into the water it went for the next 3 days. We brought our boats anchor and tied it and just left it. Throughout the weekend we had lots of fun on it. Sat 5 adults comfortably. The cooler is basically a hole with a drain so for future use we’re going to put an actual cooler inside here. At the end of the weekend it had lost a small amount of air but nothing to get excited over. We deflated it with our air pump and packed it up in a large tote. Don’t be foolish and think you’ll ever get it back into the box. Overall very pleased with the product for the price.

Inflated the raft for the first time and there was a huge hole in one of the major seams. We purchased it in March to get ready for lake season. But the company only offers a 90 day warranty so when we inflated it in prime lake weather and found the problem, we were out of warranty. Horrible customer service.

Purchased this raft in March but did not use it until July; hence the late review. We thoroughly enjoyed using it over the course of five days at the lake.
It was everything it was cracked up to be. The only exception were the cup holders, which were too small/shallow to be practical, and that’s the reason for the 4 star rating. The cooler well was a nice touch, but we found it worked better to put a cooler bag inside. The ladies actually packed lunches and stored them in the well and enjoyed them on the raft, not wanting to miss time in the Sun.
The comments about poor quality are total BS, In my opinion. We found it to be very durable for the purposes it was designed for. Five of us were on and off it enough times to test it. I was particularly pleased with the way it held air; we did not have to add any after the initial inflation, which’s was also quite easy.
Bottom line: I recommend this raft and would purchase it again. Note; be sure to purchase an anchor! Just fill it with sand and attach it to one of the carrying handles.

It was actually bigger and more roomy than I had imagined, and it was super comfy, and sturdy enough to get on and off from the dock without any problems. You can stand in the centre well to move around too - it supports the weight just fine. We packed some cold drinks and a picnic dinner and spent 3-1/2 hours just lounging on the river in the sun… so relaxing!

I own an Intex branded 2-person kayak, already, so I was confident that this would be just as heavy-duty and high quality. It met all my expectations. It’s super easy to inflate, with only two air valves for the main body, and three smaller back rests, plus the little built-in cooler. We used a DeWalt air compressor to save time pumping and blowing. Took about 15 minutes to fully inflate everything. Also used the compressor on reverse to suck the air back out afterwards, and it deflated perfectly so we were able to fold it neatly and fit it back in the box, which I keep in my trunk with my kayak.

I definitely recommend using some sort of paddles to get out to where you want to be (we just used my kayak paddles), and then drop an anchor to hold your position. I just bought a little 5 lb grappling hook anchor and float line on Amazon, and that worked perfectly.

Will definitely be using this a lot this summer!

Previously, I owned 2 of these and they lasted 2 years and would have lasted more if I didn’t leave them outside for the winter, which resulted in multiple cracks. If you are buying an island for tubing, this is the one. We live right by the river and over the years we have tested multiple tubes. None came in durability and comfort in comparison to this Intex. The net in the center is one of the key features preventing loss of items. But the durability (hitting multiple ricks and branches during our trips) and comfort of the back support which is unmatched so far by any other tube or brand , is the reason that I recommend this tube above all other. Having found this for the price listed on Amazon, its a steal of a deal for the multiple years, as long as you take care of it and don’t leave it outside. We just did a trip 2 days ago with 7 adults and 2 kids and it held up without deflating (usually tubes deflate during the first use as they expand from body weight). This unit just like the 2 before, withheld the weight and durability during hitting multiple rocks and branches. Highly recommended and stand by this product as it proved itself over the years in comparison to all others and their failures

Exceeded the return/refund/replacement time. Weak material and popped the first time using it. I have had many floatable party islands in the past and they have all lasted years, the only reason for replacement was due to overuse and not holding air as long as normal... I bought this one in anticipation for my mothers 60th birthday (exceeded the refund date of 2 weeks) and was very dissapointed the second we got it out on the water it popped.
