    Cooling is good for 12x13 room size. Even if the temp is maintained at 28 degrees, cooling is very comfortable. Absolutely no noise experienced. Express delivery and installation by Amazon. H/r delivery boy insisted on tip of Rs 200/- which sounded very unprofessional. On refusal, expressed his displeasure openly. This needs to be looked into. Remote batteries were drained out.

    What you will love about the ac are
    1. Indoor unit has a Very sleek design.
    2. Outdoor unit is also robust and modern and will exceed your expectations for sure.
    3. Remote is very simple and easy to use.
    4. Remote have seperate buttons for many useful features to avoid hassle. Build is very premium
    5. Takes approx 6-7 minus at 20°c to cool my room of 160sq ft.
    6. Indoor unit has surprisingly Almost silent operation at low speed and above 22°c.

    What u might not like are
    1. Outdoor unit sound increases when switched on at settings below 18°c. It wont bother you if the unit is placed at ur roof.
    2. Remote has no backlit feature. It is very irritating at night to operate.
    3. The copper pipe from indoor unit is very small just approx 12-14 inches. If you have a wall thickness more than 10 inches is will be a little difficult to couple it from outside.
    4. Installation price is not what is given at purchase. Confirm rates with the brand customer care to avoid any difficulty with the person who comes for installation, it may vary from 1500-2000/-

    Will again edit post after 3month of use.
    Avoid keeping below 20°c and switch to 24-26 after cooling the room. This will help you save your energy consumption. Worked for me.

    First of all it's cooling is very nice and within 8 min it cools whole room (room size 120sqft). Installation was good and quick. Service boys were good and they installed very professionally.

    Only one drawback is outdoor unit has lot of noise means it was not mentioned in Amazon details section but when I have asked to customer care they said 49db and it is huge.

    If you are installing just outside your room then it will be little uneasy to sleep with that sound but after temperature reaches certain point compressor will stable and cut off.

    So you have to manage at least 30 to 45 min if you are installing just outside the room. I would suggest install little bit far to room then it willl be good.

    Deal was good. Indoor unit has less noise and cools quickly. I have got this ac in 30k excluding cashback on credit card .must buy ac.

    I had purchased AC (Lloyd 1.5 ton 3star, product of havells) from Amazon which got delivered on 04/06/2024 at Bilaspur (Himachal Pradesh).After the delivery i got a call from havells service centre regarding the installation of AC.The person asked for the code that was sent to me by the company.I enquired about the reason to do the same for which he said it is required to fix my appointment for the installation of the same.
    After the call, i got a text saying that Mr. Sanjeev Kumar was assigned for my AC’s installation.Upon calling him, he said that he can’t install the AC there as firstly i will have to get the wall drilled by myself.When i told him that it is his responsibility to do all this, he gave me the number of another person who also said the same thing.
    This resulted in unnecessary trouble to me as i had to get the installation done by some another person.Also, there’s been no call till now from their side regarding the installation.
    Team Havells please look into this and kindly make sure customer satisfaction is not compromised by such people.

    Secondly, the installation charges I have to pay in total 5000Rs; 999 plus gst + copper wire cost if u require more than 3 meter then extra flow pipe because in box length is too small + extra wire charge + outdoor unit stand charge. This is interesting if u provide outdoor unit stand from your side, then also they will ask u the extra amount to install it along with the installation charge u are already paying and company will also support this scheme
