Started at 8am today and finished at 22.07! Once you start a JD book, you can't stop! Only discovered this author last year when I listened to the first Hoon book.....After that, I was hooked and have listened (read) all his books at least 4 times! Hoon in America is just perfect and I can not wait for his next adventure!

I'm absolutely addicted to J D Kirk. His characters are all special and you feel as if you know them all!
I laugh out loud in the most random locations!
A real cliffhanger ending, leaving you wanting to go through every previous book to see if there is a clue.

She is being held down, something tight over her arms, her chest too. She turns her head for a different view: a whitewashed wall, faded by time, scuffed to add to the impression of a building deserted in a hurry. But there is something in the room that looks fresh: graffiti. The letters spell out three words that are enough to have her retching again: DON’T WAKE UP. The next day Daisy-Mae’s friend also disappears.

Loved the story line. Very well written. My only problem with the performance was Rhiannon developing a Welsh accent! It was bad enough when Harry's voice took on a deeper voice after the first couple of books! Other than the change in voices/accents, it was a great story.

Would love to see a TV series for Bob. Made me literally laugh out loud whilst in public 🤣
