Summary

Never had a bad book.
I always wait with excitement for JD Kirk's next release. I laughed so much. Hoon is a man after my own heart. looking forward to seeing what he will be up too next (and Logan and the gang too) Hoon and the rustle just had me in fits of laughter.... I salute you JD .

Fantastic narration!
Loved this book/ narration really brought it to life. So many laughs out loud one liners! Brilliant. I will definitely be listening to this again.

Hoon is a masterpiece
Hoon.
Women want to punch him, men want to punch him.
The perfect flawed hero.
Looking forward to I would imagine, two more books in the series.

Just utterly brilliant!
How does JD Kirk come up with these characters? Hoon maybe foul mouthed but he is the funniest and most loveable character i have come across. If I wasn't absolutely gripped with the old school style 80s boys own action then i was nearly crying laughing at some of the dialogue

Brilliant
Was not sure about the Hoon stories to start with, but very happy I continued reading. Brilliant two books and hope there is more to come in regards to Bob and The Loop. Narration great as ever with all the different characters.
The storyline is fast and powerful, full of twists and turns, but ultimately all wrapped up dramatically, with no loose ends.

weirdly likeable
This is the 2nd book in the series and only makes if you've listened to the first installment. Hoon is cross between Rab C Nesbit and Jason Statham.

Just brilliant
You can tell the author had huge fun writing this next instalment in the Bob Hoon spin off. Fabulously creative swearing which never fails to make me laugh and wonderful dialogue. I’m so pleased that my favourite character from the DCI Logan series has been given his own series. Hoping there will be another book soon. The narrator’s performance, as always, was spot on.

Brilliant!
I have loved this book and the first one. Such a vibrant character and the narration is fantastic. I was so sad when it finished and hope there will be more to come.
