UPDATED:

Two unrelated motor vehicle crashes that occurred within minutes of each other — one on southbound and one on northbound I-95 — caused delays for motorists, Sunday night.

The northbound crash happened near the Bradshaw Road overpass on I-95 and involved three vehicles, according to the Maryland State Police JFK Barracks. Police say the 10:05 p.m. crash blocked the highway’s right lane. One victim was taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

Police say the cause of the three vehicle crash along with the extent of injuries to the one motorist are currently unavailable.

Roughly eight minutes later and a few miles away, police say an Acura overturned while headed southbound near White Marsh. The cause of what police are calling a “single vehicle rollover” is also unknown at this time.

Emergency responders shutdown the furthest right two lanes headed southbound to deal with the crash, according to police.

Police said the driver of the Acura was “up and walking around” after the incident. Since the driver was a minor, police say emergency medical services were required to transport them to a hospital.

No arrests or charges were filed with either of Sunday night’s incidents.
