When it launched in 1976, Concorde was the height of innovative design and luxury, whisking passengers across the Atlantic in as little as three hours. Eric Knowles boards the last Concorde to be built and reminisces about its three decades of aviation history, including the à la carte menu and the seats designed by Terence Conran.
