Crane arrives to clear Baltimore bridge wreckage
A massive clean-up effort is underway to clear debris and reopen the port after the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge on Tuesday. A crane has arrived at the site to start removing the wreckage.
Officials say crews will need to determine how to cut debris so it can be lifted by the crane.
