We are delighted to shine a spotlight on Chaundale Lubben, one of our Program Managers! Chaundale's journey with Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver began about two years ago as a Youth Enrichment Specialist. Since then, she has transitioned into her current role as a Program Manager, significantly impacting Club members' lives.
With over 10 years of experience working with youth, Chaundale understands the profound, long-term impact a positive and consistent adult can have on kids and teens. For Chaundale, the most fulfilling aspect of her role is witnessing the growth and success of the Club members. Her commitment to their development ensures each kid can reach their greatest potential.
Chaundale is passionate about after-school and summer programs, seeing them as essential and enriching parts of the day for kids. Chaundale shares, “We make sure after school is not an afterthought.” At the Club, Chaundale is devoted to building positive connections with each Club member who walks through the Club doors. She ensures Club hours are packed with engaging activities and meaningful relationships, laying a strong foundation for their future success. Her dedication and enthusiasm continue to inspire both staff and members alike.
