When you charge AED 25 for a small bucket of ice, what feedback do you expect. And dust all over in cupboard that I did not put my clothes on the shelves. Call for removing plates, kitchen says, it is housekeeping, housekeeping says room service. no one is willing to take responsibility.

The hotel was a lovely place to spend with your family and friends. The receptionist Miss Charmaine was very accommodating as well. I requested for a room closed to the pool and for a late check out and she didn't hesitate to grant my request. The room itself was very huge and very comfortable. There was a kitchen where you can cóok food and a microwave to reheat food. I would like to mention the housekeeping staff as well, who were very quick to come over whenever I have to request for something. There was huge pool for everyone and a kids pool too. Our stay was really wonderful and we would love to come back again.

AlAin is good for a lot of things (almost any....except tourism🤣) I mean generally I went to explore & I got that done.
Al'Ain has beauty in the emarati culture embeded within, the mosques, the deserts, the monuments, beauty of the palms in the farms/sand, and the sweetest hearts living there💕. CAUTION these can all be experienced in a day.

The Oasis was good to visit.
The Oasis was good to visit. We hired the electric scooters which were fun and great for getting round the oasis which was free to visit. Jebel Hafeet was impressive with some areas to hike at the base

The city is very nice, unfortunately there are not so many places to visit. We liked Al Ain Oasis, the fortress. Definitely worth going to Jebel Hafeet. The area around Al Ain is very interesting, it looks like a moonscape full of limestone rocks. what surprised us was the very poor visibility probably due to the dust from the desert. Except for the morning and evening everything was in fog all day. We couldn't see the sky or the sun, which was very unpleasant.

Al ain is beautiful less busy but not much to do, I’ll visit Al ain again but not Alberni Jabeel Hafeet they robbed and scammed me from my money. I had to cancel one nights stay due to serious issues and the next morning the receptionist told us we didn’t pay for the second night, we told her to check then she found the payment and said the money will be reversed back to my account. I called them a few times to get information about this and every time they said they money is already reversed, but that’s a lie. The staff was highly unprofessional with check in, the Arabian lady badmouthed her colleagues. The other staff that was communicating with me via phone told me i can bring in Alcohol illegally because it’s not allowed on property( we did not) my whole experience with this hotel was so bad and I won’t recommend it to people.

There are lots of fun stuff to do in Al Ain for the entire family like Al Ain zoo/safari, zip lining, Hilli Fun City etc the beautiful Green Mubazzarah with hotsprings att the foot of Jebel Hafeet to name a few.
Mercure is all about its location . An amazing high on the cliffs location overlooking an Oasis and the city of El ein.
The hotel was built well and designed well. It is outdated in its design..needs complete face lift. But it's well maintained . All in all comfortable. All the hotels employees are kind and eagerly helping. Beautiful swimming pool overlooking a breath taking view. Kids will love this hotel . Nice slides in pool .
Breakfast very good. Coffee of high quality. It is a unique place. I loved it
Excellent pools for children and adults alike. Kids loved the slides and the pool was warm enough for the kids too.
Fantastic size room with balcony. Excellent facilities in the room including fridge and great wifi.
Breakfast was wonderful and appealed to everyone's taste with the variety offered.
Great location 12 minute drive to Al Ain Zoo.
Quiet rooms and hotel gave a great night's sleep.
Lovely lamb and salad options at the iftar.
Al Ain Rayhaan is a very good hotel and food was excellent as we had taken half board package.
Downside was noise though, i suggest they need to do something for sound proof as we could hear corridor noise at night and swimming pool yells in the morning, other than that its a good hotel to stay...a bit far from the city!
Special thanks to front office staff specially Ayman Radaida.
Stay was perfect. Breakfast was tasty and delicious!
I believe this is the best hotel in Al Ain.
