Rooms were very spacious and had lockers and chargers at the beds. The ensuite bathrooms were large and well kept. The hostel was close to Charing Cross (within a few minutes walk) which was super convenient. Cheap and cheerful, but basic, did the job

We loved our visit to Glasgow.
We loved our visit to Glasgow. The Glaswegians were so friendly and helpful!
We wanted to see a lot of Charles Rennie Mackintosh’s work and other artwork. The Kelvingrove museum and Hunterian art gallery and Mackintosh House were excellent.
We took the hop on hop off bus tour to the southern and western part of Glasgow and found this very interesting to find out more of the history.
We hopped off at Pollack park to see the Burrell collection which was also very interesting.

recommend the guided tour of the train station, the transport museum is also another recommended visit, also learned and saw so much regarding the history and culture by doing the hop on hop off bus. it was so easy to find your bearings there.

The architecture in Glasgow centre is very interesting... beautiful buildings wherever you look. Lots of great places to visit....many galleries, a beautiful cathedral and quirky tearooms.
We tried a hop-on hop-off bus tour and this gave us a great overview of the city. The necropolis was amazing...

Glasgow had protests that day so it disrupted to towns transport flow causing travelers returning rental cars to be late with the flow on effecting those awaiting pickups.

Just off George Square it's as close as you can be to the city centre. Stones throw from Queen Street Station and the main shopping streets of Glasgow, the area itself is surrounded by great bars and restaurants.
The room was fantastic, very clean, huge nearly as big as my first ever 1 bed apartment. Staff at hotel were lovely and professional. 10/10.
