So convenient for Terminal 5, we had an early flight out and it was so easy to get to the airport in the Pod. The viewing deck at the hotel was great for watching all the planes taking off whilst enjoying dinner and a drink.

We traveled outside London for a few days and then decided to return our rental car and stay here to explore the London center. It is expensive in the city thus we stayed here and utilized the Tube to get into the City each day and get off at Piccadilly and Kings Cross Station. Wonderful option. Would do it again.

Only stayed 2 days.
Only stayed 2 days. Dropped Car off at Airport, then wanted to be close to airport as was travelling couple days later. Being close meant getting to airport on day of travel was not going to be an issue with traffic, also found that we could catch the train from Hatton Cross to Terminal 2.

The bed was to die for - I want one!
The bed was to die for - I want one! The toiletries were out of this world. Breakfast included was amazing, with plenty to choose from and very helpful, friendly staff. The U3 bus from Heath Row Central was ok but could be problematic for some travellers when dealing with heavy suitcase(s). We will do it again next visit to the UK. Useful as a stop-over before a long flight home!
The bed was just amazing! So comfortable! The linen and towels smelt really good. Very clean and spacious room, quiet and friendly staff. Housekeeping is very accommodating. This hotel is at the top of the list of my favorite hotels in London Heathrow.
The hotel staff were extremely helpful. The room was sufficiently spacious and very clean. The location was excellent for rail access (we wanted to travel into London as well as travel to Heathrow). And the pricing was sensible.
