We stayed for 6 days at Riad Miski and it was superb! The staff was very accommodating, the room was very clean, the breakfast was delicious. Every day when we’d come back from our tours they’d ask how it was, ask about our plans for tomorrow, make suggestions and offer to help out. And when our daughter had fever, they made sure we had everything we needed. We were only in Marrakesh 3 days however packed a lot in from going up in a hot air balloon to see the sun rising over the Atlas Mountains absolute amazing experience after which we had breakfast in the desert. Had a tour of the Medina and the different shopping areas, rode a camel, hiked up the Atlas Mountains to a waterfall then had lunch in the guides home; went to a Hammam for a massage. Good location to explore the surrounding area and also enjoy a wide range of activities. Best avoiding July/August due to extremely hot daytime temperature. Avoid eating at restaurants if on a budget. Smaller cafes are just as good but much cheaper.

We ate at Riad Adriana each evening - fabulous, home cooked food! Marrakech is fascinating and exotic. We stayed close to the Souk, walking there was an adventure. The food was great. It was brilliant to get lost and find our way through the leather, olive and carpet sections. We ate in a street cafe and would recommend the Secret Garden. Fantastic City to visit, has it all all to offer. From the old city of Medina with its historical sites, old market which opens till late into the night to Fun desert Quad, Candle lit dinner in an Hot Air Balloon. Make sure to use the Indrive app (local Uber) for your taxi need which works a lot cheaper than hailing and being overcharged for being tourists. For food or shopping use the Glovo app which delivers to your flat promptly. The night life is awesome with fantastic lounges and Night Cubs. Will back every Summer.

We went on to stay at the 5 star Tigmiza hotel and it honestly wasn’t even close to this riad in terms of the service and feel of the the place. In couldn’t have been better.
