The Saudi ministry of Haj work 100 percent to cater for the visitors. Despite jogging with the expansion and maintenance of the haram they do an excellent job. The people who work there are very police and patience with the visitors. Well done everyone for handling such a mammouth task.

The staff were very friendly.
The staff were very friendly. I am specially grateful to the two Egyptian brothers (brother SAMIR and brother HAD). These two brothers are very friendly, sincere, helpful and kind. The Indian brother Sarafu-alddin was also very helpful always smiling. I am extremely grateful to these brothers for making my stay an excellent experience in the most blessed city in the World.
The location is quite near Haram sharif. Taxis are easily available outside the hotel. It's quite a walk for the elderly because of the uphill road that leads to the haram sharif. Food could be an issue. Small supermarket is beside the hotel. Cleanliness was okay.
