We had the side oceanview balcony room. When the Tropicana Hotel next-door had their firework show we could see them perfectly from our balcony. Balconies were also spacious! Bro staff, we’re all very friendly!

The staff were the worst. But other than that we didn't have enough toiletries and towels in the room. The aircon seemed broken and we couldn't turn it off. It makes constant noise and we couldn't turn it off. We couldn't get anyone to have a look at this or the safe box. Towels were dropped off by midnight.

Dislikes showboat hotel run-down hotel [New orleans Towers]. Rude and discriminatory people. Some customers at the Arcade have no manners.

I was only there for a short stay but the beach looked clean and wasn't that busy. However, we were there before what I would consider the busy season. The boardwalk was clean, had plenty of shops to check out places to eat.

This was our first time to Atlantic City.
This was our first time to Atlantic City. There area huge assortment of places to stay. We stayed at Harrah's. In the future I would do more research to find a hotel that offered nightly entertainment in house or at least in close proximity to where I was staying. Also a better variety of cheaper food options available that are open on a daily basis. Although we had a clean comfortable room I would not return to Harrah's because of the limited eating options there. I will probably stay somewhere on the Boardwalk area.
This hotel is beautiful and a pleasurable venue to stay. The decor and furnishings are delightful and the rooms including bedroom, communal areas and breakfast room all exceeded our expectation.
The bedroom was very clean, comfortable, well presented and exceptionally decorated and furnished and the bathroom/shower room was clean and delightful. The location of the hotel was ideal for our short stay, 2min walk from the Boardwalk and at a good position for the main attractions of Atlantic City beachfront and boardwalk.
Typical large casino hotel.very friendly staff. Newly renovated rooms are very nice big clean and modern areas..great value and impossible to fault .food is good in both quality and value in the onsite bar.the keg I think it's called.at time of writing the hote6iz undergoing a 90 million dollar refurb so they are fighting to get the customers back.the way they are going they will.
What I liked about ocean resorts was the atmosphere and the scenery! The room was up to date and beautiful. The resort also had plenty of rest space so that you did not have to spend all of your time on the boardwalk or casino.
Hotel very close to the beach, 1 block from the boardwalk. Rooms clean, well equipped. Don't be fooled by the outside appearance of the hotel.
Tasty breakfast.
