We were in Baltimore for a concert and baseball game, both of which were walking distance from the hotel. The valet parking was the cherry on top. Our ball game was on our last day and we were able to stay parked and not have to move our car until we were ready to leave the city.
The hotel was great with communication, sending messages about amenities in the hotel. They even invite you to leave your luggage after check out at the front desk if you have an event etc.

The girl at the front desk was more than excellent. On the day we had to go to the port she called two taxi companies for us. When the taxis did not show she called an uber using her own personal account and came out to meet the driver to make sure we got where we had to go. Now that is service above and beyond the call of duty.

The maid went above and beyond and helped me put my bed together after my cat got under the bed. It was a great place to bring a pet. The room did not smell like pets, and it also didn’t bother my allergies. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The front staff was friendly and patient when I lost my keys. Breakfast was excellent. The breakfast cook was very nice and worked diligently to keep everything stocked up. There was a great selection compared to other places I’ve been: waffle bar, yummy muffins, real orange juice, decent coffee except the cups were flimsy and one broke all over me.

I can't give it any rating because my reservation was canceled at the last minute, so I couldn't use the the room. I feel very upset with the reservation service because I don't understand the reason for the cancellation. I had an event with some friends in Baltimore and when I arrived to check in the door was closed, the person who answered the phone at the entrance was very rude when telling me that The hotel was full and there were no reservations. He didn't even ask for my reservation number. very bad hotel I give it 0 out of 10

Energetic and complex, Baltimore belongs to the select group of historic cities along the east coast of the United States. Located between Washington D.C. and Philadelphia, it’s the birthplace of the National Anthem. It has a lively nightlife, picturesque neighbourhoods, and modern entertainment areas. Its large number of African American population had an important role during the days of the Civil Rights movements.
Founded in 1729, its strategic location in an arm of the Chesapeake Bay rapidly transformed it into an important trading port. The historical site of Fort McHenry is well known for its role during the War of 1812 with the British Empire.
The city has numerous neighbourhoods that still maintain a quaint atmosphere. Fells Point is famous for its 18th and 19th-century architecture, cobbled streets, typical pubs, and plenty of restaurants. Some of the best inns and hotels in Baltimore are located here, while a more local feeling and great accommodation can also be found in Federal Hill and Midtown.
The Inner Harbor is a lively area where tourists can find modern venues and live concerts. Most Baltimore hotels are located in the Harbor, while the business district has also a wide variety of accommodation.

Several people warned me against going to Baltimore as it was a ‘rough city, so I did remove all jewellery before walking around and it has its fair share of homelessness, like any American city these days.
However, I spent a very lovely 3 days in the city centre as a single female and really liked the city.
Inner Harbor is a lovely development and the city has lots of history in Fells Point, Mount Vernon and Fort McHendry.
It was also really easy to get around as the Charm Circulator buses are free (I found a good App to monitor where each bus was) and the Harbor Connector ferries are free Mon to Fri.

I had never been to Baltimore and in my mind it was somewhat negative. But I was pleasantly surprised! Much of downtown feels like "urban renewal" from the 1970's, old historic buildings have been scraped and replaced by Brutalist high rises. The historic neighborhoods themselves, like Fell's Point and Mount Vernon are way more interesting than downtown. The inner-harbor, which is a 40 year old redevelopment is not a happening place, despite the tall ships (well, actually only 1 ship).
Great public transportation including the free busses that take you around downtown and to the historic neighborhoods. We only had a half day there and could have easily stayed another day.

Baltimore is a wonderful city with lots to do and explore! Particularly love the Fells Point area, the Harbor, and Camden Yards and the surrounding area. There are lots of great restaurants and bars everywhere. It's easy to navigate to just about anywhere, whether you're walking, taking an Uber or using the water taxi. There's lots to do for families and couples.

The harbor area is great!
The harbor area is great! We took a $25 harbor cruise and learned a lot about the surrounding structures and area. The scooters are the best - so much fun and a great way to get a little farther out of the harbor walking area. We came for baseball and the area in front of the hotel was perfect for mingling with fans before the game. Great restaurants. Easily accessible by the light rail line from BWI airport. We took Amtrak from Penn Station to DC for a Nationals ballgame as well.

Loved it, so much to do & everything is so close!
Loved it, so much to do & everything is so close! If you don't feel like walking you can always UBER or the like for CHEAP! We hit the Zoo, a baseball game, a concert and the waterfront! Yes, some areas looked a bit sketchy, but we had no problems walking around at all hours, including 11PM after a concert to get some food at Silver Moon II. - Side note: the food was delicious and what a variety!
The location of the hotel is not bad for Baltimore. 5 minutes walking distance to Hilton and Convention Center. Room size and cleanliness is good. There is an iron and 5-6 kinds of towels of different sizes in the room. The breakfast is satisfactory.
Classic retro styling was nice. The rooms were nice size and clean. The location to inner harbor and local points of interest were good. I ended up extending my stay as it met all my needs (except the ones listed below)
The room was really nice, the staff was positive and professional and the airport shuttle service was really good.
I am going to use this hotel again when I fly through Baltimore.
breakfast is good but could have lactosis-free products, even upon request
good spot, within walking range from the Inner Harbor and Little Italy
beds are great
