The rooms were otherwise large, comfortable and in fact ours was a suite so we had a small ante chamber in front. The hotel had a pool as i recollect but we did not use that so cannot comment. the location is great as it is barely 10 min drive from the pictured rocks cruise stop. Honestly, if we didnt depend on the morning breakfast, I would have rated this Inn much higher

I loved that the young lady at the desk when we arrived was ready to show us places to go, circled things on the map she got for us, places we probably shouldn't go expense wise, and she was just friendly!

This was the perfect place to stay. Room was clean.
This was the perfect place to stay. Room was clean. Plenty of towels. Beds a bedding very cozy a comfortable. TV was large a many channels to choose from. More than one entrance to get to our room. Due to this was able to park real close to our room. Wetmore is maybe 1 mile from Munising, where all the action is. Boat tours of the Pictured Rocks that we took an highly recommend. There is a glass bottom boat tour of the shipwrecks in Lake Superior. We had very good meals at eh Burger as well as at DogPatch. Eh Burger was locally Veteran owned. Many different burger choices which also included Bison. Which is what we got. Very good burger. I recommend that if you get any of the French fry choices get only one basket if there are two of you. Dog Patch served local caught white fish, that I recommend .We had the cheese curds which was not covered in breading, yummy. Wonderful sit down restaurant. Service was fast. Falling Rock Cafe a Bookstore was a lovely little place. Not only can you get a great coffee a browse many used books they have a small area for children to play. Gift shops were available also to browse. This is all we did during our short less than one day trip to Munising. Highly recommend visiting this town on the Lake Superior shores.

Wetmore was a cool little town with alot things to see. If you like Nature I would recommend. The national parks and site are within 15 mins. They have great area for hiking and camping. Waterfalls and scenic views that you can't pass without taking pictures.Cole - Scored 1010
We went to see Munisig water fall.
We went to see Munisig water fall. The path was paved and easy to get to the viewing area. It was beautiful! We also enjoyed the lookout are where we could view the Pictured Rocks from the shore. I didn't realize Wetmore was so close to Munising. It's very conveniently located to the waterfalls, beaches, water activities that are part of Munising's tourism industry. Wetmore has the gas stations, grocery, hotels needed to keep your vacation fun going without the traffic hassle. Cute town, beautiful setting and friendly people.
Cute town, beautiful setting and friendly people. We had pasties for dinner and they were excellent. But since we only came for a couple of days to kayak this time... we didn’t have time for anything else. But the surrounding areas are great, like the waterfalls and hikes. Next time we will stay longer and take advantage of the other cool activities.

stayed in the front building,, a little dated but everything worked no problems, saw the new addition on back more money im sure but our room suited our purpose, a little problem at checkin with credit card machine, once again breakfast was a good touch and I left full every morning for our days events...staff excellent, driveway needs work , along with entry doors to our building
