Absolutely astounding! From beginning until end, we loved being at Greenfire and just want to go back. Shaun and his staff were incredible. Nothing is too much for them. Shaun is an incredible cook. Whether you eat a normal diet, vegetarian diet, or anything in between, the food is exceptional, and you definitely never go hungry! The ambience in the dining room is stunning. Greenfire Drakensberg is a true gem, a place to soothe your soul and break away from the everyday noise and rush, allowing you to spend time with loved ones and reconnect with nature and yourself! I love that they are an eco lodge and all electricity is solar powered (with a plug in your cabin to charge your cellphones), and geysers are gas heated. The views are majestic and absolutely breathtaking, with wild spotted in the bush surrounding you. The most beautiful cats and dogs come to welcome you (shout out to Catness). The cabins are gorgeous, comfortable, and well maintained. You want for nothing there. Many beautiful hiking trails and the most beautiful horses. Great, easy to find location. The team was able to assist us with packed breakfast as we left very early the next morning. The restaurant had everything we needed: a cold beer and a yummy dessert.

Great location - central to activities offered in the area and nice, scenic surroundings. Clean, well equipped, communal kitchens and bathrooms. Restaurant, lounge and bar on site, and away from the campsite and sleeping areas, making it quiet and peaceful for those wanting to rest, whilst having entertainment available for those wanting to socialize. Great layout of the facilities.
