Super clean and spacious rooms. Very comfortable bed and Great atmosphere.
I used the gym every day after my morning walks and it had a good variety of machines.
Very handy to have access to hiring bikes, playing squash and golf from the nearby structure.

When you charge AED 25 for a small bucket of ice, what feedback do you expect. And dust all over in cupboard that I did not put my clothes on the shelves. Call for removing plates, kitchen says, it is housekeeping, housekeeping says room service. no one is willing to take responsibility.

Jebel Hafeet
The second tallest mountain in the UAE, rugged Jebel Hafeet climbs into the skies above Al Ain. Miles of well-maintained road wind up the mountainside, making it easy to scale by car – or bike if your legs (and lungs!) can handle it. Views at the peak are impressive and you’ll also be standing atop some serious history, with fossils and burial tombs scattered throughout the area.

The Mercure Hotel at the top of the mountain is a great place to stay, very friendly. Try it for a week then move to one of the many other hotels in Al Ain.
At the very top of the mountain, just a little way up from the hotel, there is a viewing area where you can see Oman on one side and Al Ain on the other. Amazing at any time but spectacular at night.
The road up (and down) the mountain is first class, not a pothole in sight (unlike in the UK where the roads seem to resemble potholes joined up with some tar).

Amazing little bubble dome. Very spacious for 2 people. Beautifully arranged and furnished. Very sweet decoration, even outside on the terrace and the backyard plunge pool.
We loved the location, near the Jebel Hafeet mountain. Easy to walk around and visit the cave and the restaured tombs.
Very quiet and peaceful location. Exactly what we needed!
This hotel has the best location in Al Ain being almost at the top of Jebel Hafeet. The view was spectacular from our balcony as well as from the restaurants. The breakfast was very good and had enough variety to satisfy anyone. The room we had was quite cozy, with a nook with a desk to work on should you wish. In all, this is worth returning to.
The location of this hotel is top of Jebel Hafeet is awesome with some lovely desert views. We used to come here a lot when we lived in the UAE. So glad the hotel has removed the live ivy that used to cascade down the walls, made the place seem brighter. Room service was fairly priced and the food was good.
The most amazing thing about the hotel was it's location and view from the room. It's located on Jebel Hafeet and at quite nice height of about 3,000 from sea level. Check-in and Check-out were quick. Staff were nice.
Scenery is very nice. They've a big pool and slides for both adults & kids. A small park for children and some additional paid facilities for children. Breakfast was good, although with limited dishes.
Absolutely loved this hotel for its truly unique location (nearly) atop Jebel Hafeet. It's not a new hotel by any means, but the character was amazing and the door staff the most welcoming, friendliest I've ever experienced. Was great for my 2.5 year old.
The hotel is lovely, perfectly placed on Jebel Hafeet with amazing views all around and a five minute drive to the top to watch the sunset. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Clean rooms and a good selection for breakfast. The pool wasn't available, but I was given plenty of notice about this before arrival.
Nice cozy villa accommodation that delivers a very isolated and private experience without compromising on security. Great place for a break in the peace and quiet of the Mubazzarah green patch with the Jebel Hafeet mountains as a backdrop.
