Nice welcoming lobby with the buzz of the Gino d’Campo restaurant on the same floor. Very friendly reception staff. In fact, as I was travelling as a single, I was given an upgrade to a double bed room from a twin - very thoughtful. Lovely clean room with modern facilities. Great view of river from 10th floor. Good variety buffet breakfast with non dairy milk options. Good location for getting to bus tours. Took me 15 mins walk to Pier Head.

Albert Dock
The historic Albert Dock was once the centre of Liverpool’s bustling trading port. Today its brick warehouses have been converted into museums – the Tate Liverpool, International Slavery Museum and Beatles Story can all be found here. Souvenirs abound in the gift shops lining the docks, from nautically themed knick-knacks to licenced Beatles merchandise in the Fab4 Store.

This place has vastly changed since the eighties.
This place has vastly changed since the eighties. Huge investment has brought immense changes, opportunities and employment to the area.
There are shops and restaurants here and also a Premier Inn. There is so much history to see, while you are at the Albert Docks. A lot of the original buildings are still standing and there is a habour, with beautiful sailing boats moored close by. The New Years Eve fireworks display happens here.

Really cool place to visit, especially late afternoon and evening. Good restaurants and bars plus Riverside walks by the legendary Mersey. Starting place for brilliant City and Beatles bus tours and nearby Pier Head for Mersey River cruises on a dazzle boat.

Beautiful.
Beautiful. Take your own food and drink as a lot of things are overpriced.
Stunning views. A mixture of old and new architecture.
Feels like your at the seaside without a beach.
The places we used took card payments but always a good idea to have some cash.

Absolutely fabulous, must visit the Maritime Museum.
Absolutely fabulous, must visit the Maritime Museum. Cafes, shops, restaurants all good, but it's the buildings themselves that are so fascinating. So old yet so sturdy, hundreds of years, millions of workers, so much commerce, passed through these docks, until air freight replaced shipping.

Hotel in an ideal location! Across the road from Albert Dock and Liverpool shopping centre.
The room was very clean and really spacious. Food in restaurant was really nice. Staff couldn’t be anymore friendlier and accommodating. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely rebook in the future.
Nice and relaxed hotel in a cool part of Liverpool in the Baltic Triangle. A quick walk into the centre and to Albert Dock. Nice decor and a lovely breakfast.
Location was excellent for the arena shoos albert docks etc pariking 5 min walk in secure kings dock car park friendly staff nice rooms .hotel bar .all in all great base to explore Liverpool.
We all had a fab stay at the hotel, staff was very welcoming. Room was great for what we needed, not huge amount of space when sofa bed pulled out but it does say that online but wasn't a huge issue, we just put it back into a sofa during the time we were getting ready to go out for the day. Both boys loved staying in a hotel for a couple of nights. We had a great view looking over Albert Docks and the Merseyside.
It was perfect location 2 min walk to bus stop shops lovely street pubs restaurants Tesco 3/4 min walk to Albert dock all amenities on the hotel door step I will be back again to Liverpool such a lovely hotel city & people
Clean and spacious apartment in a good location. Supermarket across the road and Cavern Quarter/Albert Docks 5/10 minutes walk away. Great communications with host
We travelled on Motorbikes ahead of the Isle of Man TT and found the hotel to be in a great position for Albert Dock entertainment and Liverpool sites of interest.
Amazed there was an issue with Motorcycle security but the police had provided the hotel with heavy duty locks and the security was fine in the end.
So great location and very helpful and professional staff and a good price. Would recommend and would stay there again...
The location was excellent, very close to Albert Docks and John Lewis / shopping centre. The layout of the apartment was great, worked well for three sisters staying there. We loved sitting out on the balcony at teatime before going out to eat locally. The property company was great and provided us with lots of very helpful information - the app was good and easy to share between us.
