Great location, very short walk to Hampton Court Palace, and across the road from hotel is entrance Bushy Park.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Room very comfortable, well equipped.
Nice bright breakfast room, and breakfast cooked fresh to order
We stayed in the Ann Bolyn apartment, ideal for the two of us. It had everything we needed and was spotless. We stayed two nights. Slepwell both nights as the bed was so comfy. The location is perfect, right next to Hampton court palace, and directly over the road from Bushy park. The Lion gate cafe across the road is also brilliant and reasonably priced. Our host Steve was great, and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back and would recommend this accommodation 100%.
The suite was perfect, especially its bathroom. Breakfast was also good.
The best thing is the location - very close to the Hampton Court Palace. I was lucky to parking on a few free parking places in front of the hotel
I stayed at the hotel because I was running the Hampton Court Half Marathon. The hotel was well-positioned with easy access to Hampton Court Palace by bus. The hotel itself is lovely, with a gorgeous pub and dining area, and the food was excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and and I had a lovely big shower. However, the best thing about the hotel is the staff. Every person I interacted with was welcoming and friendly. It really made my stay.
A well appointed room and walking distance to Hampton Court Palace and a easy drive to Kew Gardens. Excellent guest information booklet (which alot of hotels seem not to do any more) Enjoyed a lovely evening meal at the hotel and the included morning breakfast was excellent. Hotel was also an easy drive back to Heathrow Airport. Excellent car parking and a nice quiet room even though situated on a busy roundabout.
The location for our trip to Hampton Court Palace was perfect The cleanliness & comfort of the hotel & room were both first class & the use of the old books/library was also a quirky but nice touch. The room facilities were excellent & the restaurant & bar looking out over the river was lovely too, as was the complimentary glass of wine on arrival!
Room was well decorated, quiet, well appointed and spacious enough. Very clean with a clean bathroom. Hotel was in an ideal location opposite the gates to Hampton Court Palace, and by the River Thames. Very warm welcome upon arrival and pleasant helpful staff.
Exceptional hospitality from the welcome glass of wine during check in all the way through to check out. This is a very well-run hotel with great staff, a buzzing and hip bar and a very good restaurant. And literally a stone's throw from the incredible Hampton Court Palace. Charles II who commissioned this hostelry in 1665 and as the "Merry Monarch" really knew how to enjoy himself, would have been chuffed.
