The decor is stunning, the room was bigger than expected and everything feels luxurious. The location is perfect for exploring south city centre and in a great area of town. It was my partner’s birthday and the staff were incredible and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Evening turndown service is a nice touch. The hotel bar is gorgeous, great cocktails! We loved our whole stay.

ease of access was great, in our seats in minutes.
ease of access was great, in our seats in minutes. Sound and seats were very good and facilities generally were very good. Getting away after was seamless, with a queue for Luas very well organised and short wait time. Great experience overall, thanks to all staff inside and outside the venue.

The location for concerts is absolutely fantastic. The bar connected to the hotel was very welcoming and had a high standard of food and drink. The breakfast was exceptional, and it was great value for money. If only the sausages were a bit better quality , it would have been the best fry I've had in my life. I wouldn't recommend any other hotel in Dublin for concerts in the 3arena or a weekend stay
We had the cosy suite which was perfect for us travelling as a couple, exceptionally clean and the perfect location if going to a concert in the 3Arena. The Luas is also situated behind the hotel making the city centre very accessible!
The hotel was close to the aviva stadium and the 3arena. The car park was free for guests staying in the hotel. Staff were welcoming and provided information about how to get to the aviva stadium for a concert. Room was clean and bottles of water were provided. Bed was comfortable and had a great sleep in the room.
Our twin room was spotless, and ready early so we checked in at 2pm - always a bonus! The hotel staff were all very helpful and polite. We ordered room service and the food arrived quickly and was really tasty. We stayed as we were attending a concert at the 3arena and the hotel was a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk!!
It’s super close to the 3Arena and luas stop directly outside. Hotel is very clean and I felt super safe! It’s really close to the city - you could walk but we took the luas. Rooms are modern and comfy. Staff were also really lovely and helpful.
